Erin Hollingsworth

720-360-8610

Erin has a knowledge of diverse residential real estate transactions and has sold properties ranging from small city townhomes to luxury country estates. She spent several years in Phoenix in traditional sales for buyers and sellers; when she moved to Denver, just after the market crashed in 2010, she hit the ground running, striving to help clients navigate the complex world of Short Sale transactions. Additionally, she sourced properties for wholesalers, fix/flippers, and buy/hold investors.

After 7 years in Denver, she secured a prestigious contract with an infill builder to be the Exclusive Listing agent for several of their modern luxury properties in Cherry Creek and Lohi. She doesn’t limit herself to serving one geographic area and has successfully helped her clients buy/sell in every city in the Denver Metro area.

Because she moved homes 20 times by the age of 20, she understands the impact that moving has on individuals and families. Erin has a passion for making sure her clients are well cared for during the process. Whether buying or selling, she knows that every client is unique, so she approaches each transaction with a sharp eye, a compassionate heart, and the right strategy to meet her clients’ real estate and financial goals.

Erin is a Designated Realtor®, and a Member of Denver Metro Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She has a B.A. in English from the University of Nebraska and studied Real Estate at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business.

Erin is a momma to the coolest kiddo, Winslow. She loves to travel, dance, do yoga, and write. Since 2010, she’s taught journal-keeping workshops to help people learn new ways to keep a journal for self-care, and she is also a commercial actress and model signed with Wilhelmina Denver.

Erin loves charities like SECOR (www.secorcares.com), an organization that serves people who are living in suburban poverty in Douglas County, Colorado, and International Justice Mission (www.ijm.org), an organization that works on local and governmental levels to eradicate human trafficking and modern day slavery.
